Here's the honest reason.

If you've looked for a Radiant Bloom shop to walk into, you won't find one — and that's a choice we made on purpose. We'd like to explain it, because it says a lot about how we do things.

A high-street shop sounds lovely. But behind the pretty window there's rent, electricity, staff wages, insurance, and a dozen other costs that never stop — month after month, whether anyone walks in or not. And all of that money has to come from somewhere. In most beauty brands, it comes from you : it's quietly added to the price of every jar and bottle on the shelf.

We didn't want to do that to you. Our ingredients are certified organic and ECOCERT-grade — they already cost more than the synthetic alternatives most brands use. If we then added the cost of a shop on top, we'd have to raise our prices, lower our quality, or both. None of those felt right.
